MPH Policy on Conference/Group Reservations

The following information is for people making reservations for a Group or Conference.  

  •  A reservation for a group of 6 or more people or for a conference requires a 30% deposit on anticipated lodging expenses and a signed Group/Conference Contract in order to make a reservation.
  • The lodging deposit is non-refundable.
  • The lodging deposit will be credited to the final bill.
  • MPH management will give you directions on how to send the deposit and send you a contract.
  • The final lodging portion of the bill will be based on either actual costs incurred or the initial room reservation request at the time of deposit, whichever is greater.
  • The total anticipated costs for rooms, meals, conference room and coffee breaks, is payable before check-in.
  • The final bill must be settled at check-out.
  • MPH is not obligated to hold space, either housing or meeting rooms, for any group or conference that does not make a deposit and return a signed contract.
